1. Acceptance of Terms

What These Terms Cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of animal communication services. Sharon Burnett provides these services through Animal Communication for Healing ("we," "us," or "our").

When you book a consultation, clarity call, or session, you ("client" or "you") agree to these Terms completely.

Services Included

These Terms apply to all interactions with our animal communication services, specifically including:

• Free clarity calls
• Individual animal communication sessions
• Multi-session packages
• Follow-up consultations
• Email support provided within service packages

Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Subsequently, changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

2. Animal Communication Services Description

Our Holistic Approach

Animal Communication for Healing provides holistic animal communication services. We use quantum healing and hypnotherapy techniques to facilitate direct communication between you and your animal companion.

2.1 Service Offerings

Our animal communication services include the following options:

• Clarity Calls: 30-minute consultations to assess suitability and explain our process
• Individual Sessions: 1.5-2 hour guided quantum journeys for direct animal communication
• Session Packages: Multiple sessions designed for deeper healing progression
• Follow-up Support: Optional post-session consultations and limited email support

2.2 Unique Service Methodology

Our unique approach empowers clients to communicate directly with their animals. Specifically, we use:

• Hypnotherapy techniques for expanded awareness
• Quantum healing principles
• NLP communication models
• Heart-centered connection practices

3. Eligibility & Suitability for Animal Communication Services

3.1 Client Suitability Requirements

To ensure the safety and effectiveness of our animal communication services, clients must meet specific criteria. Therefore, we require that you:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have experience with altered states of consciousness (meditation, hypnotherapy, etc.) OR be willing to learn preparation techniques
• Be willing to surrender to the process and trust intuitive insights
• Have obtained permission from their animal companion (we assess this during clarity call)
• Be in stable mental health and not currently in active trauma or grief

3.2 Service Exclusions

Unfortunately, we cannot provide animal communication services to individuals who:

• Are currently taking anti-psychotic medications
• Are under the influence of mind-altering substances or drugs
• Are currently experiencing active grief, trauma, or psychological crisis
• Do not believe the process will work or are unwilling to engage openly
• Have not received veterinary clearance for their animal's physical health concerns

3.3 Assessment Process

We assess suitability during the mandatory free clarity call. Furthermore, we reserve the right to decline service to any client who does not meet our safety and suitability criteria.

4. Booking & Payment

4.1 Booking Process

• All sessions must begin with a free 30-minute clarity call
• Sessions are scheduled directly during the clarity call
• All sessions are conducted online via secure video conferencing
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full before the scheduled session
• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Single Session: $250 AUD
• Three Session Package: $700 AUD (save $50)
• Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods

4.3 Session Packages

Multi-session packages must be used within 12 months of purchase. Individual sessions within packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once the first session is completed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 Client Cancellations

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling available
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with $50 administrative fee
• Less than 24 hours: No refund; one rescheduling opportunity with $100 fee
• No-show: Full session fee forfeited

5.2 Provider Cancellations

If we need to cancel a session, you will receive full refund and priority rebooking. We will provide as much advance notice as possible.

5.3 Unsuitable Client Determination

If during a clarity call we determine our services are not suitable for you, no payment will be required and no fees will be charged. If unsuitability is discovered after payment but before the session, a full refund will be provided.

5.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date the refund is confirmed via email, via the original payment method.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Pre-Session Responsibilities

• Ensure your animal has received appropriate veterinary care for any physical health concerns
• Complete any recommended preparation exercises if new to altered states
• Provide accurate information during the clarity call
• Create a quiet, private environment for your session
• Ensure stable internet connection for online sessions

6.2 During Sessions

• Participate openly and honestly in the process
• Follow guidance and instructions provided
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants if in group settings
• Respect session boundaries and time limits

6.3 Post-Session

• Allow time for integration of the experience
• Continue any recommended practices or exercises
• Maintain regular veterinary care for your animal
• Use session recordings for personal use only

7. Medical & Professional Disclaimers

7.1 Not Veterinary Medicine

Animal Communication for Healing does not provide veterinary medical services. We are not licensed veterinarians and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any animal diseases or medical conditions.

7.2 Complementary Services

Our services are complementary and holistic in nature. They are designed to support emotional, spiritual, and energetic wellbeing alongside proper veterinary care.

7.3 Emergency Situations

If your animal experiences a medical emergency, contact your veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately. Do not rely on animal communication services for urgent medical situations.

7.4 Mental Health

If you experience psychological distress during or after a session, please contact a qualified mental health professional. We are not licensed therapists or counselors for human psychological conditions.

7.5 No Guarantees

We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, healing results, or behavioral changes. Results vary based on individual circumstances, openness to the process, and many factors beyond our control.

8. Service Limitations

8.1 What We Don't Provide

• Medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations
• Predictions about your animal's lifespan or future health
• Guarantees of specific behavioral changes
• Services for animals in critical medical condition
• Emergency or crisis intervention services
• Legal advice regarding animal welfare or custody issues

8.2 Communication Limitations

Animal communication is interpreted through human consciousness and may be influenced by personal beliefs, emotions, and expectations. Messages received should be considered as guidance rather than absolute truth.

8.3 Recording Usage & Consent

By participating in a session, you consent to the recording of the session for personal reference and review purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the session. Session recordings are provided for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or use recordings for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

9.1 Client Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all session content, personal information, and communications. Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties except:

• With your explicit written consent
• When required by law
• In cases of suspected animal abuse or neglect
• If there is imminent danger to you, your animal, or others

9.2 Testimonials & Case Studies

We may request permission to use anonymized session outcomes for testimonials or educational purposes. Participation is entirely voluntary and you may withdraw consent at any time.

9.3 Data Protection & Website Privacy

Personal information is collected and stored in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles. Session recordings are stored securely and deleted after 12 months unless otherwise requested. 10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Proprietary Methods

The techniques, processes, and methodologies used in our sessions are proprietary to Animal Communication for Healing and Sharon Burnett. These methods are protected by intellectual property rights.

10.2 Session Materials

All session recordings, written materials, and guidance provided remain the intellectual property of Animal Communication for Healing, licensed to you for personal use only.

10.3 Client-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any insights, experiences, or personal revelations that arise during sessions. However, the facilitation methods and framework used remain our intellectual property.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

11.2 Excluded Damages

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Veterinary expenses
• Lost income or opportunity
• Emotional distress
• Loss of animal companionship
• Property damage

11.3 Client Assumption of Risk

By participating in our services, you acknowledge and assume the risks associated with holistic and alternative healing approaches.

11.4 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or health emergencies.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Applicable Law & Service Location

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. All services are deemed to be rendered in Queensland, Australia, regardless of the client's location during the session. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

1. Direct Discussion: First attempt to resolve through direct communication
2. Mediation: If needed, participate in mediation through a Queensland-based service
3. Legal Action: As a last resort, pursue resolution through Queensland courts

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Animal Communication for Healing regarding our services and supersede all prior understandings or agreements.
